As long as you have a site that does not contain or promote illegal activity or materials, you are welcome to become one of our Affiliate Partners. We have no minimum traffic level for you to worry about.

What is the difference between Per Member, Per Order and Referral Program?
1. Per Member Program pays you $0.1 - $1 for each female who signs up, and $0.1 - $1 for each male who signs up
as for the male members you should maintain the ration of 1 payment to 20 free registrations, to be paid $1 for each profile, otherwise the cost of each free registrations falls according to the ratio - if you generate traffic that gives 1 paid membership in 200 free male members, you will be paid $0.1 per profile.
If you generate female members registrations - you do not need to worry about free-paid profiles ratio. Our lowest payout for a female member profile is $0.1, active qualtity profiles will be paid up to $1 per profile.

2. Per Order Program - The percentage program pays you 50% of the whole amount of the payments made by the registered members.

3. Referral Program earns you 5% of all earnings paid to all affiliates combined, you sent to our program.

Why am I paid 30 cents for each profile in Per Member Program when you promised to pay $1?
To be paid 1 dollar for each male profile, you have to maintain the ratio of 1 payment to 20 free registrations. if you maintain, the ration of 1 payment to 80 free registrations, then you are paid 30 cents per profile.

To be paid 1 dollar for each female profile, you have to maintain high quality traffic, your female profiles should be genuine, these profiles must login the site, fill out profile form, add photos, correspond with other memebrs, use some of the site features. New profiles which passed the minimum requirments to be considered valid, are approved under the first category of verification - category A and paid at minimum rate of 10 cents per profile, every day during the payout period these profiles are continuosly monitored and the moment they become more active (adding photos, starting correspondence and etc) they are approved under a higher category and paid at a higher rate. Exact pointers for profiles verification and approval for each category are not available for the fraud prevention reasons.

All stats are updated immediately and can be checked online. Your stats page will reflect the progress of your account as well as give you information regarding payment status.

Can I put up your banners on multiple sites?
Yes, we encourage affiliates to promote the same provided link on as many pages and/or sites as you would like. The more banners you put up the more money you make!

I send traffic from several different places. Is there statistics available for every my web site?
Yes, to receive promotional materials, banners and links, you will have to create a Compaign and enter the URL of every single website you plan to use, then you will be able to receive statistics for every site and every link you use.

How do I permanently terminate my affiliate account?
If you want to remove your affiliate account from our database, please send us an email with "Remove" in the subject and include the following information: your affiliate ID number and name.



Payments:

How much money do I have to earn before I am eligible to receive my payment?
All affiliates must meet a $10 threshold requirement minimum worth of commissions in order to receive your payment. If you do not meet the threshold, your profit for that month will simply roll over to your next month's earnings. Ultimately, you'll get paid for all your work.

When and How will I get paid?
We pay our partners either via PayPal or WebMoney, we also able to send wire transfers if your monthly commission is over USD 500. Payments are send on the last week of each month, for the previous month.

Example:
in January, you have earned $100, on the last week of February, we will send you your payment of $ 100

in February, you have earned $5, you have not met a threshold and your earning roll over to the next month.

in March, you have earned $70, on the last week of April, we will send you your payment of $75 ($5 from February and $70 from March)

If you have not received a payment, please first verify that the PayPal email address or WebMoney account # you entered during enrollment is correct and then email our Affiliate Team. If I forgot my password or affiliate ID number, what do I do?
To receive your password or affiliate ID number, you'll need to email our Affiliate Team and provide as much of the following information as possible: your affiliate ID number, name and the contact information of the person who signed up to become an affiliate.

How often is my statistics page updated?
We update your stats page immediately.

How does MatesMaster track visitors from my site?
When you sign-up as an affiliate you'll be given a unique affiliate ID, which is the same as the number at the end of your tracking URL that you use to link to our site. We use this ID to tell us where a referral has come from in order to credit that account ID accordingly. If you forget to include your ID in a referral URL, there is no way to be accurately credit your account, and you will not be paid for that portion of your traffic.

What forms of promotion can I use?
The majority of our affiliates promote MatesMaster by placing our banners on their sites, but you may also join chat rooms, online clubs, etc. We strongly encourage you to remember chat room rules- it is better to simply talk about the benefits of meeting people on our site instead of just posting a URL. Please review our spam policy within our Affiliate Agreement.

I just logged into my account and it was banned. Why?
MatesMaster does not condone cheating or spamming of any nature. Any accounts suspected of cheating or reported for spamming are immediately banned and all payment voided. Extreme steps must be taken to protect our company and legitimate affiliates. Typical ban causes include:

1. People emailing us that your affiliate ID was used in spamming activities
2. Creation of fake accounts
3. High chargeback rates (7% or greater)
4. Other inappropriate actions
