if anyone has watched the famous cult movie from 1994 by the late Polish director Kieslowski, La Double Vie de Véronique (the double life of Veronica), u'll know this next piece VERY WELL!
It is at the time when the Polish girl Weronika has to sing her opera piece, and according to this sad yet beautiful story, the song is so POWERFUL that she consequently loses her life, when hitting the highest key.......and somewhere in Paris, a girl named Veronique suddenly wakes up from her sleep, knowing instinctively that "something" just occured.....and she "knows" that there is something she's bound to find out soon...!
Anyways, the story is as hypnotizing, BEAUTIFUL(& sad), & life-confirming as it sounds.....but plz do me a favor & see it either in the cinemas, or on a big screen TV, because unfortunatel it has very little effect on u when u're just watching it on a regular-sized TV screen!
